Set up Conversation starters

Conversation Starters allow users to start a conversation with a business with a list of frequently asked questions. Users will see questions about your business instead of the generic “Get Started” button.

We recommend you use the Conversation Starters feature to help your users/audience start a conversation with your business.

How to create Conversation Starters?

To create a Conversation Starter for your business, Navigate to Menu > Settings > Channels (Messenger/Instagram) > Conversation Starter and click the “Edit” button.

Input your business’s frequently asked questions, set the response flow, click on the + icon to add it and click on save on the top right corner.
