Managing Contact Information Privacy

Introduction

To enhance privacy and security, we’ve introduced a new admin role for better control over the visibility of contact information. This feature is crucial for large companies to prevent unauthorized access to email addresses and phone numbers.

Setting Up Privacy Controls

Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Admin’ & select ‘Manage’

Configuring Team Member Permissions

Click on ‘Add team members’ and disable ‘View email and phone of contacts’.

Sharing Access with Team Members

Share the setup link with your team members for access under the new permissions.
