Archive a Conversation

This feature allows you to archive a Conversation.

The Conversations will automatically be Unarchived if the Contact sends a message to your bot again.

Archive Conversation via Inbox

Select the conversation you want to Archive >> Click on Menu >> Select Archive.

Archive Conversation via Flow Builder

Click on Action >> Inbox >> Archive
