Admin Availability & Collaboration

Introduction

A key update has been implemented to improve admin collaboration within our system. Admins can now easily toggle their availability, ensuring efficient management of conversations and notifications.

New Availability Feature

Toggling Availability
  1. Set Availability: Click on the availability toggle in the top right corner of your admin interface to set yourself as ‘Available’ or ‘Unavailable’.
Benefits of Being ‘Available’
  • Receive Notifications: When set to ‘Available’, you’ll receive timely alerts for new messages and conversations requiring human intervention.
  • Conversation Management: The system prioritizes available agents by sending them conversation assignments.
Unavailable Status
  • No Auto-Assignment: If you’re marked ‘Unavailable’, the system will not auto-assign new conversations to you, allowing for undisturbed offline time.
